Interested in saving some money? Replay Guitar Exchange offers FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $10.00 (excluding Alaska, Hawaii and PR).
We do not ship internationally. All orders over $150 are shipped signature required, unless specified otherwise by the customer.
We also offer a TWO DAY SHIPPING service for a flat rate of only $39.00 on ANY ORDER — no minimum order or restrictions!

RETURNS
Here at Replay Guitar Exchange, we want you to be happy and confident with your purchase. Absolutely every effort is made to provide the best merchandise available with the utmost support, detail and precise service to suit the needs of every discriminating player. However, we understand that some orders may not, for whatever reason, suit the purposes for which they were purchased. We are happy to provide refunds, credit or exchanges on our merchandise — subject to our following policy.
⁃ New Items: Returnable within 14 days of delivery
⁃ Used Items: Returnable within 7 days of delivery
⁃ Vintage Items: Returnable within 48 hours of delivery
⁃ General Terms: Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all of the original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective
⁃ Refunds: Buyer receives a full refund in their original payment method excluding any shipping charges. A stocking fee of up to 15% may be deducted from the refund if a return in received in a different condition than how it was shipped (i.e. damages, missing items, electronic failures, etc.)
⁃ Exclusions: Unfortunately, some items may not be returned and the sale is final. Please choose carefully before buying such items:

⁃ To Return an Item: Please have your receipt handy and call 844-737-5291 or Contact Us. Our manager will process the request for return authorization. Upon receiving your authorization, package your item securely and ship it back to us via the carrier of your choice. Remember, you are the shipper and it is your responsibility to properly package and insure the item. If an item is damaged in transit back to us, we cannot accept it for return. It will be up to you to file a damage claim with the shipper you contracted. If an item arrives without authorization, delivery will not be accepted. Refunds are typically processed within 48 hours of delivery, once a tech inspects the item for any issues.
