The MTD 535-24 is built from a swamp ash solidbody with a stunning buck eye burl top, along with an offset body shape and a matching headstock. The flat D-profile neck is made from maple, and it's home to a comfortable birdseye maple fingerboard that really stands out in visual quality. The fingerboard is as slick and smooth a ever, home to twenty-four golden frets with special Luminlay side dots that can be activated with a provided LED capability.

The active electronics and Bartolini pickups voice this bass, giving you a fat, wide and solid sound that will shake the ground before you. The controls are a master volume and a pan pot, passive tone, mid, stacked treble/bass cut and boost with center click (from neck to bridge). The three-position switch selects the mid range cut and boost point. The revolutionary Buzz Feiten tuning system keeps your tuning stabilized perfectly.
